Q: How long does it take for my order to be dispatched and delivered? If they are in stock when I order?

A: PERTH CUSTOMERS: Delivery for stocked items in PERTH area can be same day or a 24 hour turnaround, we dispatch quickly for 100% customer satisfaction. Please call to confirm the item is in stock 0893099155 or 1300287223 should this item already have been purchased to be sure we still have available for you in-store.

INTERSTATE CUSTOMERS – National orders have an estimated delivery time within 4-7 business days. Aura will organize postage for any stocked order within 1 business day. We turnaround all orders within 24 hours of receiving the order. All customers will receive an email once your order is dispatched with a tracking and consignment number to follow its journey to you, from our Perth warehouse.

Q: How long does it take for my products to be custom made and delivered? If they are not in stock when I order?

A: If goods ARE NOT in stock: When placing a custom order, which is made for you in size, colour and design YOU would like to create, Aura always suggests calling a AURA REPRESENTAIVE on (08) 9309 9155 or 1300 287 223 if time is of the essence to get a accurate ETA (estimated time of arrival) for custom/back end orders Production and delivery time varies We always aim to deliver within 30-40 business days (6-8 weeks) from the date of your custom order. We tend to deliver before this date but we prefer to give customers worst case scenario before choosing to customize an order with us, in case longer production time may be needed. As we WILL NOT compromise on quality, that is our promise to you from the team at AURA.

All customers will receive an email once your order is ready for delivery from our Perth Warehouse. You will also be assigned an AURA REPRESENTATIVE to stay in touch with throughout the process from ordering with customization all the way until items are delivered to your door.

Q: Can I pick up my order direct from Aura?
A: YES you may. Our warehouse is open for public pickups EVERY WEDNESDAY 4.30-6.30pm. We offer these times; to suit working customers to ensure we can accommodate a time they would be available to collect their purchase. Photo ID will be required when collecting from our warehouse and prior authority forms must be completed should someone else be collecting an order in your name. Please call AURA to organize completing a FORM to authorize the appointed person to collect your purchase, on your behalf.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: To track your order, we kindly ask you email info@bedroomsbyaura.com.au or call 0893099155 and speak to your
assigned aura representative who will be able to assist you further.

Q: My items haven’t arrived yet. What can I do?
A: Please allow up to 40 business days for from the day you received the order confirmation. For any additional concern, please do not hesitate to email our customer service centre at info@bedroomsbyaura.com.au or call your representative, however Aura will contact you before such time passes with updates and organising delivery, please make sure your address and mobile number is up to date with Aura Accounts department. Should an item be dispatched to the wrong premises in the instance of not notifying aura of change of address, we will use all resources to track the goods but aura is not liable for any loss arising from this?

Q: How do I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

A: We kindly ask you email our customer service centre at info@bedroomsbyaura.com.au and ensure a reply that the details have been updated has been received. Or please call 0893099155 or 1300287223 and speak to your assigned Aura Representative who will be able to take care of this for you.

Q: How will I know how my order is progressing?
A: Once your payment is received, your purchase is sent directly to our Aura Production Team, with all the details provided by you to ensure a prompt delivery of your order. Should you wish to monitor the progress of your purchase you may call or email your assigned representative and request any additional information you require, we are happy to help.

Q: What payments are accepted?
A: We accept various payments VISA, MASTERCARD, EFT ONLINE PAYMENTS/ Transfers to the company account.
